For roughly thirty years, Stephen Yeager has worked with brokers, agents, and franchise leaders to develop professionals, organize markets, and connect real estate relationships across Latin America. Based in Mexico, his career spans nineteen countries. As chairman of Omni MLS, he focuses on cooperation, exclusive listings, and data quality as the foundations of a more professional industry. He is a second-generation real estate figure and holds CIPS and Commercial Specialist designations. His perspective is deliberately brand neutral: organizations change, while operators who develop people and sustain standards make markets endure.
